From routine cleaning, to thorough washes and flood restoration- we do it all. We are one of a handful of companies in the UK who clean oriental rugs by hand using traditional methods. We have the skills and expertise to clean all types of Oriental rugs, including very fragile antique rugs and pure silk rugs.
Our service is available in Brighton and Hove as well as anywhere across both East and West Sussex. We offer free collection and delivery service which is always done by our staff
Expert Oriental Rug Cleaning
All rugs are always thoroughly cleaned by hand by us
We only use traditional methods
We clean Persian, Turkish, Chinese, Afghan, Indian and other Oriental and hand-made rugs
We never clean rugs in-situ, as the service we offer is a proper washing service which cannot be done at home. We do however offer collection and delivery service
We clean around 1000 Oriental rugs each year, including pure silk rugs, antique pieces and very large rugs and carpets
We also clean and restore rugs damaged in floods and fires
About Our Oriental Rug Cleaning Service
For the past few decades we have been cleaning hundreds of Oriental Rugs across the UK and beyond. The service we provide is very different to cleaning ordinary carpets. We always thoroughly wash rugs by hand, in the same way as its done in Iran and Turkey and other countries where oriental rugs have been made for centuries.
We have the skills and experience of dealing with the finest rugs, pure silk rugs, antique and fragile rugs, rugs and carpets of any size, age and origin, made with both synthetic and natural dyes. Every rug is cleaned individually with the care and attention it deserves. We test every rug for colour fastness before we clean it and all rugs are dried in a controlled manner.
